Support

Find answers for common questions about currency selection, saved history, exports, ads, purchases, and notifications. Cash Counter is published by Arthik Automation.

Common fixes

Currency not changing: open Settings, choose Currency & Notes, then select the currency you want to use.

Missing denominations: open Settings and check whether the denomination is hidden.

Old app icon still showing: uninstall and reinstall the app, or restart the launcher/device to clear icon cache.

Purchases

If lifetime ad-free is purchased but not active, open Settings and tap Restore Purchase. The app will ask the store account to confirm the non-consumable purchase again.

If restore still fails, send the product ID, platform, and purchase status from the Purchase Help area.

Exports and sharing

The app can create text, image, and PDF reports. Sharing uses the device system share sheet, so available destinations depend on installed apps and platform support.

Notifications

Notifications are optional. If enabled, they can be managed from the app settings page or from the device system notification settings.
