Overview
Cash Counter is developed and published by Arthik Automation. It helps users count physical cash by entering note and coin quantities. The app stores cash counts, settings, selected currency, denomination visibility, purchase entitlement status, and saved calculation history locally on the user’s device.
No account is required to use the app.
Information Stored Locally
The app may store the following on the device:
- Selected currency and app settings.
- Enabled or hidden denominations.
- Saved cash count history, names, dates, totals, note counts, and denomination breakdowns.
- Theme preference and display options.
- Lifetime ad-free entitlement status and purchase troubleshooting details.
This data is used to operate the app and remains on the user’s device unless the user exports or shares it through the system share sheet.
Firebase Analytics
The app may use Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve the product. Analytics events may include screen views, feature usage, saves, shares, exports, currency changes, theme changes, notification status, update prompts, purchase flow events, and app performance signals.
Firebase may process device identifiers, app activity, approximate device information, and diagnostics according to Google’s privacy practices and the user’s device settings.
Advertising
The app may use Google AdMob to show limited, non-intrusive ads. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, approximate device data, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Users who purchase the lifetime ad-free option will have ads removed in the app after the entitlement is applied.
Push Notifications
If the user enables notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may create a device token so the app can receive product updates, reminders, or important app messages. Notifications are optional and can be disabled from the device system settings.
In-App Purchases
The app may offer a non-consumable lifetime ad-free purchase through Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit. Payment processing, billing identity, and store purchase history are handled by Google or Apple. Cash Counter stores local entitlement details such as product ID, platform, purchase timestamp, last purchase status, and troubleshooting information.
Sharing and Exports
Users can share cash calculations as text, image, or PDF. Exports are created only when the user chooses to share or download them. Shared content is sent to the destination selected by the user through the device share sheet or save dialog.
Children’s Privacy
Cash Counter is a general finance utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly request personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the app changes. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
